How is a Mini App different from a bot?
A bot uses messages and buttons. A Mini App opens a web interface inside Telegram, making it useful for feeds, forms, search and more complex interactions. They often work together.
Can it use location and photos?
Yes, where the workflow needs them and the user grants access. The application also needs to handle denied permissions and unavailable device features.
Does it need a backend?
An application with accounts, shared data, reports and access permissions does. The backend verifies users and handles operations on the data.
